Yes it has been awhile, i've gotten a new tablet and something to scan with, I just hope I won't be too lazy to do that >_>;; Anyway I hope it won't be another 10 years before I post agian. Anyhoo here is something I sketched real quick today. Enjoy

Angel Bunnie

Hello there! I thought I could come and share a couple of sketches.

I was asked to design this bad bunny girl, Angel, for an upcoming apareance in one of our comics. She's supposed to have a dark fur color but I wanted to leave the sketch clean.

She's a fur stylist, which means she paints designs in people´s bodies as well as in herself. Thats why she will have those patterns that can be seen on her hears, for example.

Last commission progress

Aaaand this'll be the last one I can show you before the final work. I technically can't show the finished work on this website but I figure this stage is safe enough. Trying to get this finished TONIGHT.
As you can see I've included the devil, tidied up the background some more (still some details to add) - started the little devils and most importantly fixed the leaves of the trees in the foreground. Notice how the boy stands out now because of the strong shadows behind him? I'm still having trouble with making the devil 'pop' but Hopefully when I put the last of his details in - he will. (the ackees will be fixed as well)...

My first sketch of 2008

I sketched this after Ceramics class finished early today. I have no idea why I did this, who this is or if he'll show up again later.

What I managed to do from last night...

Hmm, starting to look much better now that I've darkened the background a bit, enhanced the tree (the focus) and put some detail on the trunk. Of course I still have to put highlights on the objects in the background but that'll come last.
I have to redraw the devil at another angle... (the anguish!)

I think I've shown basically everyone in weeklysketch this online already but hey :3 for record keeping sake. I might actually colour this one o3o; Anyhow - gotta run - my day job calls *flees*

Hey folks! More commission WIP

Doing another commission for the same company that had me do the one with the Lion and the Goats? This one I have to draw a devil (not included yet) and a boy (also not included yet) - but really my biggest problem is the foliage and plants. It has to have a Caribbean feel (guess who's been poring through Jamaican landscape books like mad?).

Anyhow - just wanted to show the wip.
